Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If you cancel an order within the allowed time frame, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, as work on these items begins immediately.
